It's both available to buy in apple store or Google play store

The rectangular grid works so well for touch screen playing that I suggest undocking from the TV when playing music if you play docked. Spreading the 8 notes across a 3x5 grid makes for easy to learn note relations and simple feeling chord shapes.

I think the only advice that could be offered is practice ^^;

I too play on switch, but with the grid layout since I was strictly an Android player before switch launch. I play docked with controller input, since I hate covering the screen and prefer the feel of the controller overall to a flat screen.

My own experience, I couldn't really ask for advice on controller play either, touchscreen input has always been the preferred for most musicians. So I'd find empty areas and just mess around. I figured out what button combinations worked, figured out how to make different chords... Just practiced the way you would with a real life instrument

I know this isn't much, but I hope it helps ^^;

If you go to harmony hall you just have to wait for the frantic stagehand and the performance guide to make their way upstairs. Eventually they’ll stop moving and you’ll be given the option to “jam with the spirits” where you can either play whatever the weekly music sheet is with them, or choose a music sheet of your own. Hope this is helpful and not too confusing haha

Listen to the musician in the harmony hall. If it’s an Aurora sheet, familiarise yourself with the song. Otherwise, just keep smashing keys until they flicker white and you do it right.

Also helps to have other genre instruments (wind, bass, drums, lead)

They aid in the pacing of the song

This depends on the amount of notes you need to play at once. If you need to play one to two at once I recommend using your thumbs only and put the note tab thing on the smallest so you don't need to reach far. But mostly you need to practice alot and make sure you know well what to play. If you need to play multiple notes (3-6) at once I recommend using any finger except for your thumb (this can also depend on the amount of notes you need to play and what goes comfortable with you) and put your phone/ipad down otherwise you won't be able to press them all at once ofcourse. I recommend putting the note tab thingie on the largest because you need to use multiple fingers at once and there will be less chance you press a wrong note. Ofcourse you will have to reach further and everything but I guess this comes with it. I personally keep my note tab thing on the smallest because this is what I'm used to.

Break it down into two parts. 1) play the melody with your right hand 2) if the song has harmony play it with your left hand. Try to synch up the two and play to your own rhythm.
