I didn't find the earth trial that hard. Maybe it's because of the design being a platfomer. It does take a lot of patience. For a gamer who likes platformer games, this feels very familiar for me. Reminds me of mario galaxy alot. The ambient music really helps entertain me while waiting for the blocks to spin. Honestly my personal favourite.

I realised why the wind trial isn’t working in an ultimate way: the toggle between hover and flight mode kicks in automatically and sometimes makes you fly off over the intended target. It is also possible to use this to your advantage towards the end, but I feel this design needs some tweaking.

Oh my gosh. The new season??! It’s amazing, literally chef kiss. The challenges can be a bit hard at first but once you get the hang of it it’s not that bad, especially if you make friends along the way or bring a friend with you so you guys can warp to each other if anything, etc. And it seems like there’s some nice hairstyle variations too!! CHEF KISS!

@serene dune I used my big brain as Ktjn said, first all you need to do is complete it until you become gold, after that you can skate all you want to collect the candles. (Use the water to skate and go around, since it'd be tiring to jump again)

New season lore (using the evidence we have so far & credits to people who give me clues in this channel): long time ago, some Sky people find the four elements (earth, water, wind, fire) and use those four elements to bring prosperity to the kingdom. Four of them then become masters of handling these four elements to create magic (such as lifting the rocks off the ground), training other Sky people in the art using the trials placed in this cave. Mastering these four elements also bring virtues to the students (patience for water, resilience for earth, air for balance, .... for earth). The magical abilities and virtues gained from mastering the elements are used by the Sky people to maintain prosperity in the Sky kingdom and protect the kingdom from darkness. Now, those element masters return to teach the sky kids those arts, hoping that these kids will also use the knowledge learned to further return light to the world

You can complete it without flying, the trick is to move fast. There are areas that don’t get touched by the water when it rises(but some are too far) so you have to light the dark stones when the water goes down to create a platform.

try beginning to run as soon as the tide begins to recede, instead of waiting for it to go down fully

Also use the bunny hop method to speed up; jump as soon as you have contact with the ground, and you should increase your chances of making it to the next safe zone

also a little tip for the trial of water, don't wait until the water is fully gone, instead start moving when the water begins to recede! it was a fun trial, i haven't tried the rest but the water one was so fun.

||The season is called "season of prophecy". As we could see. They were learning the current normal constellation spirits. Basically the prophecy, is prophecy of nature. They are the mother nature. Most sacred spirits in the story of sky! They were giving them tests (seasonal quests, the ones for hearts) to train them so they can stay as long as possible, cuz they were aware of the darkness coming! I'm so happy for this season. I love it. ||

I have a theory about the season myself. I noticed one of the murals after completing the Earth trial. It reminded me of the opening cutscene. With the falling star- and the clouds. And the sky kid. Only this time there are several . I believe the prophets predicted the disaster that befell the kingdom. We're getting backstory on them, more. For sure. But I've been seeing imagery that are main story related as well.

What's quite curious to me is the air mural. With the boats. It seemed one prophet- on each. Travelling on boats to a slanted pathway- with a figure wearing as mask (very similar to the vault elder's.) Maybe on their way to warn the scholars of the vault...??? .. and. Well.

For the cave area in prophecy, after I complete the water trial, the middle ring fills with water, but after I do another trial or go home, the water disappears. Is that a bug, or is that intentional? Everything else stays there, floating rocks etc.

Its in isle. If you're facing the temple (from the very bottom of isle) its in the clouds to the right. Hard to spot at first. If you're really struggling maybe put that in feedback

Dang, had a really unsatisfying experience doing a spirit quest. Merged in with some randos and they just zoomed through getting the spirit without waiting for me. Even tho I was clearly doing it with them. Couldn’t even glimpse at the pose, honked at them to wait but was ignored.

Oh no I feel so sorry for you. For me it was quite opposite. I met such a nice group who chatted the whole time but kind of adopted me... even though they were able to warp and so on, they waited for me and were totally patient.

Bast is a cat, not a panther but also the mask you’re referring to is a bat.
The first mask isn’t a goat, I believe it’s a turtle but I could be wrong on that one.

Trial of water is basically an area where the waters are deadly, but the tide goes down and you see land at times. During those times, you need to find and light lanterns to keep yourself safe (since you're capeless). Your ultimate goal is the winged light on the island at the end.
