I kinda doubt they’re going to bring back ultimates because TGC said they want to respect pass holders. It’s a bit unfair for someone to be able to just buy the ultimate and not grind the way the other people did when the season was around. But that’s just me!

I personally think it still would because you’d have the satisfaction of also completing the constellation and only having to spend 10 dollars for the pass, whereas the new people would have to probably spend 15-25 dollars on only the ultimate gift and have to wait for traveling spirits to get everything else. Seasonal Pendants and Ultimate Gifts will not appear on the Traveling Spirits in exchange for in-game currencies.
We plan to bring these items back in another capacity but we have not settled on what that will look like or the costs associated with it.

What if TGC made a tree for travelling spirits of the past seasons, that you can work your way up again very slowly to be able to obtain past ultimate gifts?
That would mean that the people who weren’t around for the seasons can still get the ultimate gifts and still pay for an adventure pass, BUT they will just get everything slower than the people who were there for the season.

Well it takes another whole season to pass before the season prior can become ts, so I don’t think it’ll be to crowded. Maybe if they start kind of “retiring” traveling spirits who have come a couple times already. Then that would make way for the newer spirits to be able to travel

While I see where you’re coming from I feel it would just take too long and nobody would be happy with it except past season holders. Like I said before I think it’s fair if you have to buy the ultimate gift for 20-25 dollars because it’s double or over double the amount a pass costs. Yet also selling the fruits of peoples hard work for higher cost seems rather against the spirit of the game. High hearts cost seems much better in some ways, maybe combined with some monetary cost, because you are involved and active and generous. If they started selling ults after the fact I would maybe stop getting passes because what was a journey is now just a purchase

I agree with the cosmetic variants idea a lot actually. Think of the beta cape. It became purchasable for a high price, but with a cosmetic difference. It made it a bit harder to find beta players, but was pretty fair and let people get the cape if they wanted

That’s what I’m saying, I think ultimate gifts should cost 20-25 dollars each which is double or more than double the pass and if you wanted all the ultimates would be over 100 dollars which is a huge loss of real money especially for those who don’t have a job, personally I see it fair.
