So the jellyfish hair right, when it’s in the hair selection area it looks like a jellyfish, dark and with stars like we see them. But when you put it on it’s white, I think it would look really cool if they actually made it look like the jellyfish you know? Dark with stars and the golden ends. I think it would be a nice change to have at least one hairstyle that’s different. Plus it would make sense because it’s a jellyfish hairstyle.

One thing is for sure. If you use the facebook invitations you are giving facebook data about yourselves and your friends. Facebook is a bad player and it truly saddens me to see such deep integration between a beautiful game and such a toxic platform that is so ready to promote and enable bad actors in the world. It seems very un-TGC to me. It also feels terribly hypocritical of TGC to add this facebook hook after all the dialog about why we had to move away from facebook for beta testing and reporting.

Test flight is used by IOS to get/download the beta. Unlike google, who has it built in to the play store, Apple devices need a third party to distribute the beta versions. In short, Test flight is an app that allows iOS users to download the beta, but is not the beta itself.

@rapid terrace that's because you are still above solid ground. go to isle and try to switch flight modes in the clouds, you can't until you go back above the ground. you can be 90000000000000miles above ground and still change modes but if you go above clouds at all then it is automatically glide mode.

I assume it’s to guide along first timers, but imo, instead of being forced into modes inconsistently, and being manhandled by wind walls to a destination (like in isle, where the game throws wind walls at you to go to the temple instead of the cave to the right) I think players shouldn’t have the freedom of switching modes taken away, and instead the tutorial could do better explaining to newcomers how the flight modes work. But that’s just #beta/live-feedback now

FAQ right now seems to be:

is the empty shop a bug? if you're talking about the normal shop where you buy candles, no that's not a bug. Buying candles for free in beta would be too OP. the point of beta testing is to actually play the game. if you're talking about the seasonal spirit constellations that might be a bug. Today is only day one so bugs are to be expected. this is why we test.

where is the seasonal pendant? probably a bug. chat for the last 5 hours at least has many people saying they don't have it.

my seasonal candles all converted to normal candles! yeah devs have been telling us we might not get to keep those candles from taking advantage of an earlier bug. hey at least you got to keep them

I can't see the spirit cutscenes! it seems like those aren't finished yet (remember we're playing an unfinished version to test the game not to get an early preview of what live gets). but bug report anything you think is off.

just in general if anything you see looks/behaves in a way that you weren't expecting then submit a bug report. even if it is functioning correctly, the devs will know that their intentions weren't clear to the players. and devs will actually see bug reports and feedback given to the official feedback channel. same goes for things you like/dislike about the game, submit it to the feedback channel. no guarantees they see what happens in general chat, that's what mods are for

It’s so nostalgic when I remember what Sky was like at the beginning and seeing how far it’s come. It makes me very proud of the Sky community and TGC. TGC’s too good to us! They keep surprising me with such breathtaking designs!

I think adding more cosmetics just makes more room for individuality and unique outfits. Sky will always be the same inherently wholesome and communal game it is! If you don’t prefer the cosmetics, simply don’t wear them— but I do think it’s very nice that they’re making cosmetics with varying types of styles for those who prefer different types of cosmetics.

It’s not gonna look like that on US. Nothing on the spirits looks the same when we put it on. I’m positive it will go just fine with everything. We have had several different looking seasons. Maybe you haven’t been around long enough but this season is perfectly fine. Better than the ark.
