Hmm in comparison to old pass holders those who got the pack only has a fraction of the items. Though those items do make out more than 20 seasonal candles worth. So do the ones who had the pass. Old pass holders especially will have a LOT of leeway getting the items they don’t own yet.

So considering that, I wouldn’t be surprised if they do get a candle pack, but at the same time, people who have either the old season or the musician pack don’t technically need as many candles to unlock everything and it wouldn’t surprise me at all if it works like any other pass being gifted. You receive only the pass and not the candles and still have time to unlock everything.
On a completely different note, I’m so glad that they listened and have provided something to spend on for people who have unlocked all the basic content AND from the sounds of it there’s a base content Ultimate Reward coming!
