The “reproduceable steps” had me second guessing myself for a moment. Those are the steps we took that lead to the bug, so that dev’s can do the same thing to test if it happens for them too? Perhaps someone edit the little@bit where I said sat idle for a while to sat idle through cut scene. Skip button just disappeared as I returned.

I can't directly speak for how the process works, but all I can imagine is that TGC has a lot to do and are sending out invites in waves now and then. It is a beta test after all, and you are signing up for giving them your valuable aid in testing on a vast variety of Android devices, as well as be able to experience the game early.

You can move more precisely, although jumping is still tricky because of the way it tries to ensure you’re jumping to another surface near you instead of falling

I'm not sure if what kanpai is saying is true, but it seems to be the case, like the probability of being merged is more likely if you stay in the beginning. probably because you haven't messed with anything yet, and the game tries to pair people on the same part of the vault

I don’t think I like the new system for reporting bugs. I get that they needed it to be more organized and people weren’t leaving all the necessary details like version number, but it only gave me sixty seconds to reply with everything it asked for! That really puts me off reporting bugs.
All I wanted to do was report that 8 people using butterfly call in 8 locks didn’t work..I don’t know if it’s broke or if they got rid of Oreo.

I just spent some time reporting 3 bugs in Live and it was ok. Only issue was when I accidentally tapped NO instead of YES and had to start all over again, because the bot deleted everything.

Sometimes the question is phrased in a way that makes you think you should answer NO, but the answer is actually YES.

Same. The whole area is there as a fun Easter egg that lets us peek into the TGC office and see some interesting things- such as the fanart wall. There are some candles there where you can collect wax, but other than that there aren’t any emotes or anything. The spirits just tell little stories or are for entertainment purposes.

All the little details in the office were pretty cool! The floating boat was so majestic and so were the giant and octopus. The wallpapers explained a little about what the doors mean too. My heart kinda hurt watching the spirits tell their story but I feel confident this game will do great! Its been doing amazing so far, if I didn’t have a guilty conscience I’d probably spend all my money on candles but yeah this game is great and I’m excited for what’s in the future for the game.

@gritty bramble in the beta, you can get the founders cape (which looks similar to beta) by opening the shop and buying a founders pack. But in live there isn’t currently an option for that. It might be added tomorrow when the new season starts, but we’re not sure yet.

Yes. Beta is a way to help test for bugs and as a bonus, we get to see content early. Beta content does not transfer to live.

I thought that the blue beta cape with the black interior would still transfer over, i knew nothing else would.

Nope! The only thing that has transferred over has been the beta cape (with the white interior), which was a special gift from tgc to the beta players who helped so much with testing the game prior to the global release. The founders cape (black interior) is a separate thing completely, and not meant as any sort of beta reward. That’s why it was listed as a shop item with a price on it.

Back in the day TGC was testing a lot of things in the economy, and you would get one rainbow candle everyday to send to a friend (they would get a rainbow heart). Some things like the firework staff and the chair costed rainbow hearts- lots of them

It did not help everyone could only send one per day lol, which would probably go to their bff always

The hard part was that (old eden spoilers?) ||you could survive eden back then, and you got to lock whatever emotes you got through the hail with, and be able to upgrade them to the next level. I remember clearly doing eden 10+ times trying to lock wave level 6 and always losing it randomly at the end of Eden >:(||
