are you standing at the base of a tunnel with a spirit gate? that's the tunnel which leads to shipwreck, which is a different area. if you fly on to the top of the tunnel, and keep walking straight, you will see the bonfire

when you enter Graveyard, go to the little cliff that the wl is on. you'll know it's the right cliff if a krill passes right under it. then, turn around and walk away from the edge of the cliff and look over the side. you should see the bonfire and spirit

I have some spells in hand, but rather use them for things like the last jump towards pnr (that krill always gets me at least once and AAAAA)

I WILL say that at least my krill repellent was bugged. Tried it TWICE and it didn't stop the krill. Thankfully I planned ahead and had my chibi mask on with my pipe. Did the quest a second time to krill dodge/light keep for a stranger. Got hit once while in my pipe near the end of the 2nd run, but the lights were also still in the pipe too so I didn't lose any.

The krill can spot you while you have the krill repellent, but they will miss you when trying to hit you.

if you don't have adventure pass/don't intend on buying it, you won't be able to afford everything in the season. (1 day from the start of the season was skippable :/ )
if you want to buy the adventure pass there's still time (about a week) left before you won't be able to afford everything. (17 days from the start of the season, april 11th are skippable)
although it's never too late, you can still get cosmetics that you like if you want.

my one pet peeve with reliving Wasteland spirits is the slowness of the spell activation

Yeah, definitely adds insult to injury. I pretty much assume I’m gonna lose some WL every time I relive Don’t Go (though I’ve done it solo once without losing a single one!), but it’s a drag having to try multiple times. Had my partner with me this time to distract the krills / pick the spirit up after I got Krilled, and while we both lost WL, we got it done the first time!

just a tip for those doing the dont go relieve: i find that using one of the 4 player chat tables (the one from vault/feast) can break line of sight from krill if youre chibi! you just have to hide under it, it works for me whenever i have to do one of those dreaded escort spirits

If you have an iPhone, you can also drag from the top right corner and bring screen down. Then wait for red light to fade. Then swipe it away and you won’t lose wings. I did this through the whole thing and lost nothing. It works!

For those asking, Krill Repellent looks like this in your spell list. It won't stop them from targeting you, but when they attack they'll miss and you won't lose WL.

It's a spell first introduced during Days of Mischief last year! What it basically does is protect a sky kid from losing their light from a krill! It lasts for 1 minute only sadly, and the krill will still charge at you if you're the target, but you won't lose lights

Personally i do think adding entire realms muddles the original design intention of Sky. Seasons mostly are about worldbuilding i think, so it ties into the main thing through that. I think flight is a really good example of this bc like it kinda shows how the spirits interacted with Light Creatures (or at least some of the spirits )

It would be fun but ultimately i’d rather they find a way to tie it into what we already have because adding stuff thats not relevant to the overall Sky Kingdom is. Hm

Ironically enough I love exploring seas, and/or any bodies of water, maybe not too deep diving but I loved snorkeling and stuff. I guess Abyss just didn't have much to offer or lacking, in a way, to appeal to my love for water exploration.

Regardless, I love the diving feature and Season of Abyss cosmetics

I've never went diving in my life, to scared. Even in games, but I try to go slow to get more comfortable. In real life I can't seem to handle it, but in games it takes time but I manage. The water can be scary. But I really wanna dive someday, in a group obviously, just to see what's under the water. Maybe I'd find a colorful fish? Who knows.

Petition to (if they don't remove it for other reasons) change dailies so you can choose between a list (still max 4 candles daily) instead of forced dailies. People who like harder relives can still do them, social people can get their easy speedy candles and solo players like me who absolutely loathe hold hands/use emote near friend/other similar dailies that can't be done spiritless won't feel like their candles are held hostage by a game mechanic you just don't always feel comfortable with

I had to tp in and out to the only friend I had online 3 TIMES (while they were afk) trying to get the stupid daily done today, it's already uncomfortable doing it once to some unsuspecting victim, but it just felt horrible by the third

Also, as a solo player myself, I don't "loathe" friend daily quests. I think it further demonstrates the social aspect of Sky, which is technically the point of the game. Don't know if anyone else has seen this, but a couple minutes after sunset started (before the giant clamshell appeared next to guide), I dove underwater nearby and found what appeared to be a larger than average clamshell. It released what seemed to be a larger than normal amount of wax, as well. I don't have a pic because it disappeared after i opened it, but i do have a pic of the approximate location.

At first i thought maybe the giant clam was bugging and was sitting underwater instead of on land, but then the actual giant clam appeared a minute later and i got wax from that too. I also was able to point and lead a new acquaintance to the clam underwater, and they blew me a bunch of kisses right after, so i assume they got it too
