Honestly I really loved abyss. The quests were a notch up from previous seasons, and they really nailed the ambiance underwater.

I think it’d be neat to see another underwater season branching off of the sanctuary islands, seeing as we know it’s possible for seasonal areas within other seasonal areas now + we probably haven’t seen the end of the underwater additions

I think it has more to do with Nintendo's long review periods, which means there is more time in between updates, so like voi said if they wanted to do pre-orders they would have to include unfinished/broken seasonal stuff in the update before the actual seasonal update

Not too stoked on the fact that this season is just like an extension of Season of Dreams.... couldn’t have been a different area at least? I love the cosmetics but I’m just deflated by location....🙁

I love village of dreams and I'm excited to see the new area And considering it is somewhat of an extension, it makes sense that season of performance would be in the same area to connect the stories, if they'll be connected in any way

It's honestly much better that a season ties in with another for some lore relevance, fleshing out the area more, and not every season feeling so detached from each other tbh

Not just because I like Valley, but also because it helps build an understanding of the world

If your skyoc is a performer or a musician, now you know the most likely place for them to have learned said skills, which can help make a character feel more believable and help create scenarios

Valley is my least favorite map and also I didn’t like the story in season of Dreams..... but to each their own, just my opinion. Personally would have liked to see something new in Isle , since it’s so empty.

A season in Isle would definitely be nice! But my guess is they're avoiding adding any events there or seasons to not confuse new players, isle is a 'tutorial realm' in a way. Tho I've seen a lot of people suggest seasons there, like to restore Isle which is interesting

Hard to dispute peoples likes and dislikes. Like I loved and was so excited for underwater season and for others was their worst nightmare, so can’t really hold anyone to my standards. 💕🙏🏽

Yeah I wasn't a fan of season abyss at all😭😭 Participated only for the acorn hat and laughing emote💀 So a new season that I actually like so far is nice. Hopefully the next season would be something of your taste^^

Season of prophecy was my first one in the game. I don’t consider Isle tutorial map, it has many wings and trials are for sure not for moths. I like the older version of sky where there was a separate area for game introduction, I just saw you tube video from 2017 version. So much has changed

I didn’t like the story line in abyss and was disappointed in a lot of things but the fact that we can dive now and have a place underwater in sanctuary is a dream for me, and I like the pants and emotes

I didn't care too much for the diving/swimming mechanic (feels a bit strange for me to use, but that's usually how most diving/swimming mechanics are) but out of the 3 seasons I've played so far (TLP->) abyss felt the weakest story wise

Emotes are aigh, I quite prefer the flight ones. Only really like the laugh from abyss and like, the 4th tier of cease. The pants, masks and most of the hairs are amazing, but the capes aren't really my style (dark green whyyyy)

All in all, to me it was an ok season. I liked the ending bc I like cannoneer and that was about it really. Season really felt like it just came and went

But we were also semi bombarded with smaller events during the season as well, and bloom starting when the season ended, so it really just felt like it took a backseat ngl

abyss was rly underwhelming tbh, it felt like there wasn't even a season going on at times ._. i like the spirits as characters and the final cutscene was cool, but imo it wasnt the best theme they couldve gone w for an underwater season, and a waste of the pirate theme

also a waste of a wasteland season, ive wanted a cool warrior themed wasteland season for forever and they just gave us another season of helping some ppl on a boat find stuff.. as the season progressed i kind of started wishing they just went w the generic cutesy mermaid theme everyone had been asking for

F2p can get everything f2p in the season with a 1 or more day margin, as long as they do their dailies

Pass holders get more days they could skip/miss, while also getting an extra seasonal candle daily, a 30 candle boost at the start of the season, and access to pass only stuff, like ults and upgraded effects on emotes

You can get 5sc max per day as a non ap owner, and 6sc max as an ap owner. It's just doing dailies and collecting 4 seasonal clusters everyday. Takes less than 10 mins

When a season starts, dailies will become seasonal dailies giving a seasonal candle each completed daily upon claiming. There will also be 4 different colored candles with the season's pendant/emblem on them in the daily realm, which after gathering all 4 will let you forge one seasonal candle

It's really easy to do, just might become a chore and tire you out

There will always be enough days for f2p to get all free items if they gather all 5 candles daily, but the margin for missed days is very small, and conversion (seasonal candles turning into regular candles when a season ends) won't give you too many candles unless you decided to skip certain nodes/spirits

Some older seasons certain things can remind you of others, but performance spirits are so different to anything we've seen before (except maybe some masks, but you can really only make a facial cover so many different ways before they start looking somewhat similar)

i think i'll do musician first, theyre so cool! then maybe dancer cause i like the pants, then stagehand for pants and cat hood and lastly storyteller, i like jester aesthetic but it's not really my skykid's style also i dont really like the shape of the cape, weve had a lot of capes lately that show more of the outfit underneath (angler, cannoneer) but i actually prefer capes that close properly at the front

I'm new on the game and i could use a bit of help on season things.

so, in the rain forest there are two paths that someone told me are a seasonal thing, and that even being off-season they can still be done.

so my question is:

Where do i need to go first to do so?

What do i need to look for?

I love the secret area from the cape, but I never use it because I can't make it look good whatsoever

You're going to need several other people to help first of all, I think the last help needed quest needs 4 players total

Then, you go to the entrance of forest, the social area. On your way through the tunnel, if you keep an eye out on the right side there will be an entrance needing an × amount of spirits to open. Enter there

^ that, and look for the seasonal guides to give you quests so you progress on their stories.

After entering you will be in a tunnel, go down and look around for the floor exit. Once you found the exit, going through it will lead you to a giant tree(house)

There will be a spirit in there. That's the quest giver. Talk to them to start the quests

There are many other seasonal areas too btw: enchantment, sanctuary, prophecy, dreams, and so on...

They're in their respective areas, they look like regular spirits, but instead of lighting them you can "talk" to them, which opens their quest tree

they are usually near, inside or at the front of the main theme of the area. assembly guide is inside the treehouse, and flight guide is at the ground floor of the floating island.

At first you will only be able to do the first quest, but as you complete their quests you will unlock more quests and see more of the story

Current seasons, however, operate a bit differently. While a season is ongoing, certain quests might be timegated, meaning you won't be able to do them at all before the given time. This timelock is global, no one else can do the quest before the allotted time either

Am i the only one who is feeling like the game is keep loosing it's main theme ,i downloaded this game because of lore and the hidden story and secrets will going to come out , how the story will be unfold,but now its all about cosmetic , adventure pass ,emotes and so on and so forth, I don't mind of these concept but isn't tgc should work on storyline of sky more . old Players should incourage tgc to work on storyline rather than creating seasons back to back.🙏

maybe im just weak but i cant even handle watching ||my character die at the end of eden, it makes me really sad cause theyre just a kid and stuff..|| i dont know why people insist on drawing so much art of their sky kids getting impaled on crystals and attacked by krill or whatever. and crying hyper realistic blood and being so sad. like jeez guys.. lighten up a little

sad because they love hiking but are now scarred to even try to traverse heights

i dont have any sky ocs somehow. i make a ton of ocs for most of the stuff i get into but not sky for whatever reason.. i have ideas for seasons but thats about it

i always have headcanoned that skykids dont rlly feel much pain bc they like . bonk into things rlly hard and can fall from rlly tall heights and be fine, and when they get krilled they just lose their wing power which i guess can be associated to health but its not exactly the same? idk

so yeah that’s the worst thing anyone of mine has gone through thus far and I don’t wanna out-angst myself forcibly

falling down a mountain is pretty extreme and it makes sense for these characters

same, i guess its bc i just kinda see my skykid as myself, and changing outfits is like me dressing up, not becoming a new character but i enjoy making spirits, seasons, and cosmetics
