While sliding down to Graveyard you'll see an orange barrier on the right, so yes you may use that one to enter Shipwreck map and back to one krill map, and safely do the Dismiss quest... I hope this is helpful

Did you enter the Shipwreck map first before going back? The krill may appear as someone triggered it by entering the one krill area through front entry

Note that the trigger for the krill to come out, is by the entrance so by going to shipwreck, waiting for a bit and going back the way you came, the krill won't come out that is unless, someone else enters from the entrance

You just have to go back like rest are saying, because krill gets activate when you step/or pass over a particular frame from the entrance to first krill area.
