It's a progress game, you save more and unlock more items as you go along the game.

One tip, if you're that type of player who gets easily bored in repetitive things, in this case candle runs, try to lessen your aim to avoid burnout. Regarding unlocking Event Items and/or TS Items, try to get what you want first and manage your IGC Savings. Eventually TS will repeat and those you intentionally missed you can get later on, anf I'm sure by that time that TS repeats, you'll have more saved up.

As for Event Items, there's really no way of knowing if they'll return so it will all boil down to your decision making if you really want the item or not

the thing is i've been only getting the stuff i want from ts. i've only bought one prop and skipped out on most masks and hairs, i only want the capes and pants which are unfortunately the most expensive as well

Many people spend too much time to go to small candles because they are used to. If you need to a 10+ sec bypass/turn for 5-10 wax (like the ones in bird nest or in cr-wise dead end tunnels of sanctuary for example), skip them! This saves a lot of time to get more cakes or candles in better concentration in other realms!

Ooo interesting, the main reason I'm not broke even though I only do 10 candles per day is just wise buying and saving decisions. I only ever buy the items that wouldn't collect dust in my closet or want the most. TS would return eventually and time will pass by faster than you think. There is no rush or need to burn yourself out, just have fun and enjoy sky

You can become a collector someday but if you're a new-ish player, aim less then slowly progress.
But if you're that type of player who wants to get everything in one-go, feel free, as long as you enjoy it then it should be worth it.

I think Playfight's Cape is one of the cool designed capes. It's design is based off of normal capes but the layers, not to mention tassels, makes it stand out.

Was the green orb lit?? The couldron spits out the spiky urchins at a set time. Burn those and you can get randomised spells.
