It's all about savings and making decisions what cosmetics you are going to buy that are not going to collect dust in your closet.

That's really an okay amount, and I agree with Nin & Haru.
I used to do an "almost full" candle runs before but there will come a time where you will feel burned out to the point that you may take an indefinite break. Certainly happened to me. So now, I only aim maybe 10-15 candles and call it a day and it definitely helped lessen the burnout feeling.

I believe nowadays when you're a newer player, it might feel stressful and hard to motivate yourself to candle run due to how many events we've been having, ts coming every 2 weeks and also wanting to complete constellations. My advice being, if you really need to stock up on candles, go ahead and do full crs, but I suggest as well, don't burn yourself out by running for 20-21 everyday, as Stiles has suggested, try aiming for a lower, but a decent amount.

When I reach the number i think it's safe, I'll cr 12 candles instead of 15.

A lot of events and ts coming are only more chances for newer players to get some nice themed content, but they eventually see how everyone worships collecting and looking cool, and thus they try hard at getting all. It is what it is, but my sole advice would be to find your own pace and don't stress over other people's stressing about collecting.

Well, if you are like good at flying the wind paths can be helpful for u but that path's winds are very strong. Not to mention the tunnels u fly under the floating island, if crashing through walls makes u lose wl I would already be out of energy

I would personally go for Darker Red and/or Black Capes that has either Red or Black lining on the inside to match the black color of the Witch Jumper Suit.
I got inspired to come up with these 6 fits, my personal favorite would be Dreams: Peeking Postman's Cape, DoM 2021: Withered Cape and Dreams: Phoenix Cape
