There is this blue light that takes form of a blue butterfly that you just had to collect once like a shard and when you reach the end of the race the spirit is just there ready to be burned.

Not only it is cheaper you can mix and match it to some capes, not that Bat Cape cannot be matched to anything but it's very limited to a few fits.
Whereas Witch Hat, you can pair it with red capes, dark red capes, black capes, maybe even purple.

Here are some of my fave fits with Witch Hat, to give an example, I mostly pair it with DoF: Horn to complete the look, atleast for my opinion. I also just came up with Maple Cape fit as well

Had they decided to sell Witch Hat Accessory as IAP, it would make those, who purchased Witch Hat Hair last year, regret their decision of buying it. I think TGC is just going by the safest decision, which is good, business-wise.

Adding to this, it may make a great source of revenue, but they might risk more with its playerbase thinking "they're only after a profit" by making a previously Hat Hair, a Hair Accessory (which is more appealing since you can use it on top of Hairstyles)

Were you alone? And did you see people disappearing and reappearing? If so, that's 99% your connection. If you were with a friend/s, and only the strangers were disappearing, or you noticed half people disappearing and appearing, then that's definitely weird. Otherwise it's connection
