In my opinion you cant style the pants much and they are really expensive so its not worth it

You can see if the sword pants is to your liking or not, and you can see what the ts offers then decide, but sword pants will leave on 19th September, aka when the season ends while for ts they come back for only 4 days then leave, but have a chance of returning again but not soon

Every day seasonal candles can be obtained through the 4 quests given by the seasonal quest giver, who stands next to the entrance to one of the realms. That same realm will contain 4 clusters of seasonal candles. If you get all 4 you can forge a seasonal candle for your inventory.

the resize potion(one with 10 ascended/red candles) makes you permentantally short, but its a 50/50 chance, you might get tall too- the chibi spell ( 2 with 5 candles) makes you a chibi for 10 minutes , then you will return back to your normal size

As far as i know there are no normal spirits on the peak of hermit valley (only the little prince for the quest and the ice skating girl for the valley of dreams questline).
Regular spirits do not change location
