If these quests are gonna stay, maybe only non-carry quests. Either that or make the carry quests non-carry the second time or something.

IMO, 2 is perfect for Crab Whisperer relive. One, the support, the deep caller and/or krill bait, the other one is responsible for the leg work.
Having more than 2 just makes it more complicated & in turn, might take longer to relive.
