Personally I'd do the pass because of the ton of the cosmetics, whereas with the scarf you're paying for 1 cosmetic🧍 But I mean the season will eventually come back as ts, not any time soon probably, the scarf is iap and those usually don't come back. Is up to you😭😭

So if you only want that 1 cape, might be better to wait for the ts

Daily quests give 4 seasonal candles.
The rose(quest giver) will stand at a different realm everyday. Whatever realm it's standing on, that realm has 4 candle waxes, they give 0.25 wax each which gives you 1 candle. If you have ap, you'll be given a daily seasonal candle at the return shrine.
5 seasonal candles daily without ap, and 6 seasonal candles with ap

Well the regular constellation will always be there so it is best to save up for ts and events. Take your time with the regular constellation. At the end of the day it's up to you how you want to play tho

O were you talking about the season's constellation? Then it's best to complete all as they will only return as single travelling spirits. With ap, you'll be able to get everything, without ap, it's kinda 50/50, there's 'free' cosmetics you can get from all spirits

If you focus on completing the season, it doesn’t take a lot of time to complete the daily quests and collect the 4 seasonal candle clusters, and you can usually miss some days and still complete the season. Candle running to buy cosmetics from each TS and the main constellations is much more time consuming.

Might be a bug? I've had my candles delayed by a few seconds or even a minute. Maybe restart the app and wait a bit at the quests, or if nothing works and you're sure you haven't gotten them, head over to #questions-and-help ^^
