Eemia: If you want the Season Pass cosmetics, sure. With the Pass, you can get the Season of Sanctuary's Ultimate Gifts which are a handpan instrument and a manta cape. Ultimate Gifts are currently only obtainable through having Season Pass.
For the Seasonal Spirits unpaid cosmetics and Season Pass-locked cosmetics, it is best to get them now rather than wait for them to return as Travelling Spirits (TS). Buying from the Seasonal Spirits are cheaper than Travelling Spirits. TS items prices are much more expensive (bought using regular cnadles).

You won't be able to get it to 100% completion without the pass, but you can purchase all of the items that don't require the pass (the items in the center line of the spirit trees, except for the seasonal hearts at the top)

The items to the left side of the trees are the ones that require the pass to obtain, as well as the ultimate gifts that you need the seasonal hearts to get

The lighting in the home space will change based on what time it is for you (so when it's night in your time zone, it will be night in the home space)

You can sometimes force it to be night when it's not though by viewing the constellation menu and then exiting it

there are 2 spirits with cosmetics I have on my wishlist
...that gives me about a 9 percent chance that the next ts will be one I want
