They’re only available for 60hrs, every other weekend. During that 60hrs you can find them out in the world like you would with any other spirit and once you do they will be present in your home space for you to buy items from

Daily quest spirits are permanent, normal spirits that you need to relive to finish the quests. These change every day.

There is actually a staircase of dark mushrooms there that would lead to the ledge but if there isn’t it’s because someone has melted them

@tough cloud if you're asking if you get everything marked with the 
for free if you have the AP, then yes
@chilly breach we don't really know how the travelling spirits will work, because they are a new slightly experimental addition, but they have been said to be a permanent new feature. Otoh, there are quite a lot of old seasonal spirits to get through, so if you miss one it may take some time for it to come back (if ever).

If you have them however, you won’t need to find the spirit again as you already did it

there's the pray spirit who hangs at there regularly that could be the grayed out spirit you're seeing but it's a little far back in the room there. the seasonal spirit's right there behind the door if i remember correctly.
