@wispy jewel Thanks! I believe that bug was reported last season and it was thought to be fixed. People were able to solve it themselves by trying to give the passes in different areas. Try going into different kingdoms to give them the pass, and see if it helps any.

@indigo gull The seasonal candles are on the 4th floor (3rd floor in EU convention) in vault, on the steps where you had to guide the seasonal spirit. The spirit memory to relive is on the 3rd floor (similarly, 2nd floor in EU convention) to clear any confusion. Hope this helps

@frank kiln the fancy seasonal umbrella i think you're looking for is the final reward. they switched things around in beta so the regular umbrella is no longer in the whale call's shop tree but rather the forest seasonal spirit's shop tree, and the seasonal umbrella that was in the forest's seasonal spirt's shop tree is now the final reward.

@honest badge could it be you probably missed one bunch when you flew to the bunch on the top? While helping other players to get the spirit I found all 4 of them so they are all here.
Keep in mind that for 2 times, the spirit goes to a direction than goes back and keeps going up, maybe the bunch you are missing is on one of this "secondary route" 🤔
