I think it depends if you can buy the season pass or not. If you do, there is ample time to collect even if you join almost halfway through, I think.

It’s difficult to accommodate all players and sometimes you just have to accept that you lose out on things.

@pulsar dove Hearts will almost certainly take the longest, so probably. You can get 10+ candles a day if you feel like it, so really that's just a week and a few days if you play each day.

When I first logged in today there was a big message on screen saying thank you season ended....your candles will be converted...and I could see my candle total increase with a graphic. If you did not see that and you absolutely know how many you had previous, check with support. But are you sure you did not do anything to spend some and not remember? Maybe just before signing off? Sometimes when you do that on home screen the total dont change until you get off and then it all goes down at once. 😉🤔
