I've been having the same issue since the new patch rolled out. Starmender Ray recommended we jump onto the statue, that clears the pathing and lets us collect the candle without issue ❤️

no, it's not possible. the cosmetics for season of shattering were not obtained by spirits in the traditional sense, and the entities did not have any expressions to bestow either

they're located in a level with sculptures of creatures of light and creatures of darkness, that have only been made accessible one time after the season ended for a special visit

so until another special visit happens again (or we get a traveling "spirit" from shattering), those cosmetics are inaccessible

But it does not burn dark plants by itself and it is not its purpose, as far as I know.

It's... truly bizarre how oblivious some people are when the game is visually yelling at you all sorts of cues like "That player is calling!" or "That player lost light" and somehow not notice or feel when someone needa help.

I like to help players in need. But I also sometimes am that player who just walks away. Why? Because I am terrified of losing wing light, and I am not confident in my ability to dodge a krill or survive a rash dive into rock rain.

Especially in Eden, I mostly go there to collect dye, and I have my safe route to get to all the dye spots (unless they are close to the last krill). I would not go out of my way there to lead or save a stranger that is not following my path. Because more likely than not, I would just put myself into the same situation as them, and then regret my decision.

I would much rather be that person that brings an umbrella to forest and will take your hand so you can explore without fear.

Hmmm it's hard to explain. I am kind of a completionist in some ways. But not not in others. One of the things I like to complete is having all spirits or wing lights, or unlocking the whole map. But it only feels rewarding the first time I relive or collect them. So when I lose wing lights, it feels like my achievements are getting taken away. And when I go out and collect a wing light a second time, I feel annoyed that I have to do this again.

I get very annoyed by having to do certain things more than once. Collecting wing lights is an example, or having to watch the exact same cutscenes over and over (I ragequit Lightmending after quest three).

I only went through rebirth three times in my 2 years of playing, cause there was something to gain (a new wing flap), and my memory of collecting all the wing lights was getting hazy, so it only felt slightly annoying to have to recollect them.

I guess different people care about different things.

I developed an aggressively protective mindset personally I have no qualms losing wing lights shielding or grabbing lost WL of other players.

Having that said, if you saw a player in GW or Eden jumping in the way of a Krill attack, might've been me lol

Late, but as someone who is overly cautious about my WL, it's less about the idea that they'd be lost anyway and more of the idea of having to recollect them again. Especially if I can prevent that from happening. So whenever I'm in Wasteland or Eden, I try to avoid the krill as much as I can, cuz I don't wanna lose my hard-earned WL and have to collect it again (also, I just generally would like to keep my 13 wedges, that extra flap does make all the difference)

Try walking it through the valley of the mountain instead of across the ledges. Then fly up at the end with lots of time to recharge. You have lots of time. Just have patience and know you can do it.

I've been around for bloom before. My main account came in at Little Prince in 2021. I started a nee one a few quests into lightmending cuz I was hoping to get more into playing and it worked.

Watering plants also have a short animation where the saplings appears to be growing thought they return back to their usual height afterwards

Most actions are usually an action button thing.... Like a hand icon appears and for switch you poke the screen in handheld or press Y

Tip for anyone struggling to get the Days of Bloom tickets: if you have it, place the Mischief Cage close to where the tickets are and you should have a much better time collecting them
Maybe the red Radiance prop thing could work as well? I have not tried it, though.

I love how days of bloom did little easter eggs to the other events, if you look at the dirt piles, the signs have symbols to previous events like rainbow, fortune, sunlight, feast etc.

Having the torch prop to recharge light helps a lot.

yeh, but if you need a prop (which not everyone will have) to reach the ticket, then I consider it rather bad design lol

you can easily get props and or if u dun wanna there def gonna be smn to help, I'd willingly offer help if i see anyone struggling
