yes, it's a bug with cutscene skip. Turn off the option or go find another spirit

Might not work, but worth trying: try to play on 1 or 2 ⚡ bolts instead and experiment with different fps settings.

Full graphics often just adds barely noticeable sparkles which are barely noticeable but puts a heavy load on the device which not also drains the battery much more but also could increase the chances of bugs in some cases.
