Yes it does! It's there until you exit aviary and re-enter.
I always make sure I re-enter aviary after reset hits so I don't get the previous location

I recall going to the geodes the first day….they were all lit and there was Ticket light above them. I tried to emote around them, not realizing they were already activated. 😅

If they are a dim,dark purple, then you can activate them. There’s 3 groups of medium/small rocks, and standing in one of the 3 groups gives a prompt about what realm the emotions you need come from. You then have to emote to the small rocks, and the medium one will glow.

When all the medium sized rocks glow, the large one in the center will glow, indicating you finished the activity. After you get all the event currency, tiny pebble sized crystals will come out of the large crystal that offers wax/light when you touch them.

i dont quite get at times how sky players interact. just now i came across someone in the forest, they got their light drained out while burning a dye plant. i held out my umbrella at them, but they pointed at me and did the emote. i thought they didnt want me there so i moved on to another area and burned some dye, and this same person honked and took away all my butterflies 🧍 now i keep on thinking that i might have done something wrong back then

Some players are just strange like that, I don't get it either. I have seen some drained of winged light in areas I didn't think it was possible and I try to help and they ignore it.
Once I saw someone Zzz in some water, obviously AFK, their wings were flying all over the place, so I stopped and collected them and then used my umbrella spells to protect them until they came back to the game,, after 3 spells they came back and just flew off.

tldr theres a wl after the temple for moths, and after some point (either eden or some other trigger) it moves to the boat (its how the game teachs new players that butterflies can recharge/lift you) and the game just doesnt know what to do with that then

im guessing its cause they are labeled as two different WL in the code, so we lose access to the wingedlight_1 but gain wingedlight_2 for example, which is why theres a star on the map for over a year now

The purple shades available through the dye combination are all too warm. Very limited/nonexistent cool purple options. I think the closet I got was blue + magenta and blue + red? But blue + magenta looked fine in closet but warm again outside? Anyways im gonna feedback that

honestly, the closet lighting isn't the most consistent with what you actually see outside. it varies a lot. there's even a difference from when you're going through the dye process and then exit the dye process to see the color in the closet lighting. it might be slight to some people, but it's really noticeable to me so it's really causing me issues all around

and Soli you're so right on the purple being really warm - there's just nothing close enough to that violet when i'm out and about. i wish the dye combinations would have been considered based on the cosmetics that aren't dyeable 🥹

The cape is using double green dye, while the robe is using yellow + blue

Understandable but I think butterflies makes sense lore wise. If the spirits get the dyes from the darkness...then it's kinda against the lore that the kingdom was infested with darkness. Basically the wax/dye sources came from the butterflies but they were trapped

Btw, cool trick I learned today: If you use a friend emote like hugging near one of the medium crystals it will light it up right away, skipping the small ones entirely. That way you do only need 3 emotes for all 4 tickets, but you do need a friend with you

Yep but depending on the camera perspective from the shiny rocks near the entrance it can turn darker but a lot of it is this bright

Decided to go to the aurora concert hall cause I can watch on the big TV and it's nutty seeing it so vacant.
