The good old intermittent reinforcement is kicking in for me too— collecting dyes is like the funnest possible combination of farming and gacha, since (so far) we’re never sure exactly where the plants will be or what the exact butterfly harvest will be from each one

At different times today in Bird’s Nest, there was a mediumish plant on the signpost island to the right of the entrance to Sanctuary, and a really big one on the lower WL island (posted a pic of that one earlier); some days ago I also saw a big plant on the higher WL island as well

I love pastel color and white. Which is very hard to obtain without any valid reason. It's already been 3 weeks since the season started, I only managed to get 2 bottles in white dye. (But I have 26 red, why ? And no, I didn't get any from the seasonal spirit trees, and I didn't buy the 10 from the New Year event..)
I couldn't dye a single item of clothing I got during the season, or my old clothes, Because I need white. It's really frustrating and annoying We should not be more limited, depending on our color tastes, This mechanic is supposed to give us freedom, not even more restriction.
I have already farmed dye many times. But it's hard to find it as it always changes place, and when we find some there is no white, or just a bit, I never managed to have more than a quarter of a jar a day. You would have to spend hours there. And even if we did, we're not allowed to have more than one jar a day ? It's just hopeless, at this rate I'll only be able to dye the elder's cape in 6 months And it will be the only cloth I will have dyed. We should find all dye colors equally. And to be able to get the same amount for everyone every day. Or no limit per day. It's too much rules. For such a small game mechanic. Which just makes me want to give up and never dye my clothes.
Please make the color collection more efficient or other solution , for example:

-The ability to transforms one color to a other.

-Get more black and white in realm🤍🖤

-Set the jar limit the same for all colors 4 per day, or no limit.

I would say, putting no limit to anything would result in players literally pushing them to grind dyes as much as they want every day and it's unhealthy (because it would mean extra hours of gameplay without any socialisation)

That /was/ why they put chevrons to the candles in the first place

also keep in mind, the dyes won't go away at all unlike some candle items such as TS, event items so I don't think there is a need to grind them every day like you do with candles

Not trying to be mean or anything, but I don't think we've fully unlocked white yet. Looking in the guide tree, there are 9 nodes. Presuming each node corresponds to a quest, followed by 2 dye pots (one of each colour), I think it's safe to assume that there will be a quest that FULLY unlocks white in one of the realms, where it'll likely be available more readily. Where it'll be, and how available, I can't answer. Nor can I answer whether or not the daily limit of 1 will increase, but red/yellow and green/cyan have set a pattern of 4/3. If it follows the pattern, which I don't say it will, because I don't know, it is possible the daily limit is going to increase.

In other words, have some patience. We're not even halfway into the season yet, there's lots of time and lots of dye to gather.

The ability to change dyes into others, though, that's an interesting idea. I like that.

How To Get Tickets?

Four Tickets are obtainable per day by charging each of the crystals in the Event Area
Charging each crystals by doing the emote from the respective realms required by the crystals. The fourth tickets will spawns after all three crystals are charged

15 Tickets are Hidden Around the Jellyfish Cove (Event Area) as well.

Does not refresh, can only be collected once throughout the entire event.

Ngl I do not understand which emote corresponds to which gem or what emotes they actually are

there is a prompt asking you to do emotions from X realm -> you do an emote from a spirit from X realm

When you approach a gem, there is hint text below telling you the realm the expression you make should be from
(So if it says Isle, point at it, or do the No emote, or do the “Come over” emote)

Seasonal expressions also count (I did a Kiss emote for hidden forest and it worked)
But if you’re having server errors it’s not gonna register anything
