Speaking of colored Darkness, people, I´m really starting to suspect that the randomness of their spawnpoints is spanning the whole blasted realm.

Thus the easiest thing to do is to document all locations where tiny, medium and big ones were seen, then monitor them each hour. :)

I don't know. For me, the main reason I avoid krills is not because they are scary. I can enjoy scary. It's because they steal your WL. And I am terrified of losing WL, because I hate recollecting them. So the glide strategy will probably not work for me because learning to use it would mean sacrificing WL.

Hello i just wanted to share my opinion about clothing dyeing.
I feel like i’m lonely with my thoughts, so i wanted to share it with others.
And i also sent it to the feedback.

When combining two cans of the same color, you get bright, vibrant shade of same color for every dye, but when you combine two jars of magenta, you get pink. Even for blue+red and other combinations, you get mostly translucent pastel colors.
Most of them are too dusty, too pale, too grey or too pink.

You can find the dyes (yellow, white, and red) in prairie. They can be found at the area before reaching the prairie temple, bird's nest (area with floating islands), sanctuary (where geyser and turtle takes place) or prairie peaks (area with moments guide/where you get the camera prop). You can get even the most minimal dye, and you'll be teleported back to radiance guide, and the quest will finish

i have a small theory forest and valley might get white dye, while wasteland and vault will get black , cause of the fact that prairie - valley is a very vibrant realms while wasteland and vault are more like the darker realms (add in eden too if they wanted to)

I’ve been doing a regular dye loop starting 20-30 mins before geyser time : start in Peaks, go thru caves and villages to birdsnest and Sanctuary, get geyser, retrace back to get the new spawns, and chill until another geyser cycle

There are definitely some same looking plants spawn in same places sometimes

Plant color corelates to color of the "leaves" on the bud and vines. They could also be a mix of two colors sometimes

I gone took one of my moths to farm some dye recently and from same plant i got 1-2 white buterflies and they got a lot of different collored ones. Really wierd

Honestly is there a need to grind? The dyes aren't bound to time limits unlike TS, events etc, the feature will always be available so I don't believe in the grindset. Maybe that's just me

There's a chance for events to offer dyes too, like in fortune we're going to have the red dyes for tickets, I feel it's better imo

In the livestream the devs were asked about whether Days of Colour would be offering dyes for sale with maybe tickets, they said it might be a good idea so there's a possibility bc it just fits

This is exactly my mindset. I've been trying to tell my closer friends not to grind so much, because they're getting burnt out by it.

Meanwhile, I'm just sitting here, happy and content grabbing 1 or 2 pots a day, just in my normal candle runs, and one or two visits to Peaks. The dye isn't going anywhere. You won't miss anything by going light. It might take a bit more time to dye stuff later, but oh well. It's always there.

As of now, dyes only appear only on prairie, and the exact location seems random but within all areas except social area, butterfly fields and inside the temple
