There's a blue book beside the Vault of Knowledge portal at Home,interact with the book and teleport to its area.
Once in the area look right and there should be mannequins with the season cosmetics, in between them there should be npcs around a campfire and that's where the shop is

Yep, thats it. You do the guitar practice and the race at Battlefield and they give you one ticket each. But if you sit at the medi circle in front of the Yeti instead of tapping above his head then you do the race around Wonderland which gives another three tickets.

While it's true that something in Beta may change a LOT before it reaches Live. But regarding the past group spirits that have visited, Beta have had it a bit too early before it reached Live.

I remember the following group were tested in Beta before they reached Live:

so when you go to the dream village, he hangs out on a mountain peak above where his spirit is and sometimes on the bulidings by the ball game ice rink, i think he shows up at certain times past the hour
if you are near him you can hear him looking for people to sneeze on
