A few times it has happened that I didn't find it if I arrived really late. But normally turtle keeps swimming around both on surface and under the water. What can happen more often is that the dark plant gets autoburn and you may need to look for the wax floating somewhere.

Ok, thx. And have you noticed too that after diving for clams and it appears all have been collected, if you leave the water and return, there are still more to be found in the shallower waters?

The clams will give you wax only 1 time per day, even if you find them again (for example by visiting Turtle event for a 2nd time in the day). The underwater clams spawn at 3 areas: at both sides of the trench, and at the bottom of the trench. And also sometimes some more turtle's bits of wax can be found floating somewhere those areas.

So, if I go to Turtle event only the one time, I can find all the clams that is there at sunset for the day? Or, if returning at a later sunset, different clams will spawn in different locations?

The clams are the same during the day. So even if they reappear for you and you are able to grab them, you won't receive any more wax. At least in my experience testing precisely that not so long ago to check (due to a bug that was present those days).

Just to clarify, turtle bubble energy is separate from the clams and darkness plant wax. Turtle bubble light is tied to Grandma's table and you can visit as many times as to like until you collect the maximum combined amount, then the turtle will no longer spew bubbles and Grandmas buns will just explode in sparkles giving no wax. With the clams and darkness plants, they act like any other in the realms, if you have collected wax from them once in the day, they will not give anymore again, even if you pick them or burn them. If you have missed a clam or two on one turtle visit you may get wax if you find it another time but from what I can work out is that the amount of clams is random each day.

You don't need to go straight to the light staircase. You need to jump to the door on the left and go through it. Then there will be another door you will need to reach. Path there is obvious.

Light staircase is total bait. You won't be able to reach it, so you can just completely ignore it.

Same person also set it up in one of their shared memories for days of music, so there was background music they played along to. (Idk if they had it as their prop, or played it from a shared space, it sounded amazing tho)

• if that was necessary to get compensated, they would have told so
• if everyone affected - including those who are bluffing - would contact support, that would create a colossal backlog: Sky has millions of daily players
• therefore they will make an automated compensation based on game logs, because it's impossible to send them manually to so many players with human resources

Server error during Geyser, Grandma & Turtle: The game is really testing my patience level

Server error come in waves, you will receive several invalid request in quick succession. The wave of error end when you receive the communication error message.
You can simply click retry until the error stop or restart your game if possible.

If you are collecting wax in a realm and receive this error, those wax might disappear from their location and you cannot collect them. You can go back to that location after the error (or go back home and go back) to collect those wax.
