The Assembly quests were definitely easiest to complete during the season, when EVERYONE was clamoring to complete the quest the day each one released, so finding groups was trivial

It doesn’t help that servers split so frequently when players try to approach others already at the 4p quest waiting for a full party

I’d help passersby more often with those quests if the servers would only cooperate

There are less/almost no server merges during a red shard, so you’ll see less people around you (especially if the shard is already partly burned)

That there are no server merges? I think it might be intentional, since other servers have different progress on shards, and with a server merge the shard will land again if it broke before, and plants will burn back too… Server merges just make it more bugged

I don't think so, the plants burning back happens regardless occasionally at certain ones and I often server merge with others at different shards.
It has been inconsistent and buggy since Shattering Season

There's already a logic which should prevent the shard landing again in the server instance, that's why regardless we have to do it solo or with few players, we often see a lot of strangers claiming their ascended candles when the shattering guide appears.

That’s because server merges are common again after doing the activity, so very likely other skykids with a done shard will merge too

I still merge with others at different shards regardless. For example, during this shard I saw another player honking inside the crab cave, just didn't come cleansing.

So less likely getting merged is a bug and inconsistent.

They were of course on the same server. I saw the deep honks and heard regular crabs flipped while I was burning shard plants.
Adding to it, as I said and others pointed out above, at other shards we server merge with strangers during cleansing way better.

My shard experience today was rather relaxed too. There were 4 other people so we were done quickly and when I got hit by a red rock I was helped right away. Collecting the jellyfish was also quick and easy and the meditation circle worked for me, so I got the WL too.

Haven't tried it yet but it looks this dailies is a bit tricky. Needs timming, or a lot of trial and error until one's figure this out.
