When you guys are playing with someone else who has old home set as their home, and you guys have aviary set as your home, do you guys say "let's go home" or "let's go aviary" when needed? I set Aviary as my home since it came out and always find myself waiting alone for a couple minutes until I realise "oh, they must be waiting for me in old home".

I just say home and I spawn in Aviary and teleport to them in old home yes it's a little tedious. But if I was always the one leading i would probably say something like "home, then tp to me"
But to me both aviary and home are both considered "home" i wouldn't say "let's go aviary" as that just sounds weird since aviary is still a homespace

But the people I'm with usually know I spawn in Aviary, rather than home and I know that they spawn in home and not aviary. So we usually just tp to one another depending on who was leading, and yes sometimes we tp to eachother at the same time and have to tp again since we missed eachother

But when the event guides weren't in home and were only in Aviary, or like skyfest tickets. We would say "let's head to aviary" and we would just head home and go to aviary

one thing i'll say is that for whatever reason i always forget the names of the base game spirits in hidden forest specifically. earlier i was on the spot when talking to a friend and couldn't remember shivering trailblazer's name, and i always mix up blushing prospector and dismayed hunter in terms of who gives what hairstyle. they're both twintails what can i say

there have been issues in the past with logging in almost entirely just facebook
they also sent one after facebook login was down for uhh, an hour? it was some time that people couldnt log in due to facebook being down

We know the Spirits are called spirits/ancestors/elders

but what exactly are we?
Clearly we are not human. And calling it as child of light doesn't sit well with me because it's too long. What do you think we'd be called? As a race or species maybe.

nobody asked but since i like to infodump. the ones who hang out by the saplings are all lightseeker spirits: prairie's is doublefive lightseeker, forest's is laidback pioneer, valley's is twirling champion, wasteland's is crab whisperer, and vault's is shushing light scholar

as far as i know the only lightseeker to not have an assigned sapling is piggyback lightseeker, since they're in isle

So i looked into this: it’s a common misnomer.
During Rhythm, the spirits didn’t have names (as shown here you can see the names are blank, 25:40 in for spin dancer: https://youtu.be/bKnfVMZmxE8?si=42aQissm6LvjUAn1 ), hence older players referring to them as what their emote was (example: “blow kiss spirit”).
When Spin Dancer arrived as a traveling spirit on September 3, 2020, their name in game did say “Festival” and not “Festive” as shown here: https://youtu.be/hHuhbLiHEY4?si=FPpR5JOOb1YK9P0V

Same goes for their 2021 and other visits
