If you're at old home there will be a spirit waiting for you with a meditating circle. If you're at aviary go into there

There will also be a meditating circle waiting for you with the same spirit

and outside of this event, you can get there by passing the hidden forest social area, and in the next area after that, there's a rock hole with a spirit gate that leads to the elevated clearing
