Well it's not the only seemly random thing that tgc has left behind before. There is a home button at the end of forest inside one the trees and it's been there for like a month now.

Infact I've basically made it into a joke by using the button to go home everytime I finish a candle run with forest.

Am I the only one that feels like this is INSANELY manipulative of TGC to do? Like, disgustingly manipulative. There's a difference between having something like Aurora and Deer, which players can completely ignore if they weren't there or didn't/couldn't buy.

This, players literally can't ignore. Every time they have to do seasonal content - reminder of Cinnamoroll. Anytime they want to go to nest - Cinnamoroll. Anytime they want to access the events - Cinnamoroll. New players - Cinnamoroll. Including content that's permanently "removed" for players that didn't pay IN THE GAME'S MAIN HUB is disgusting in my opinion.

And before anybody says it or reacts, I've already provided feedback about it. I'm wondering if anyone else feels as disgusted by this as me.

The cinnamoroll plush with its function is there to simply decorate the cafe again but that's considering players are interested in it to begin with. There's plenty of spaces that just get abandoned by players in game so I wouldn't be surprised if nobody visits the cafe after the collab

The problem is, the cafe will still be there, visible (by its "storefront" in the tunnel) at all times. You literally CAN'T avoid or abandon the cafe, unless you wholly abandon Aviary entirely, which means missing out on everything that's hard locked to Aviary.

That's why it's so psychologically manipulative. Unless you actively disengage with entire chunks of the game, chunks that new players CAN'T avoid, because new player experience drops them 10 feet from the cafe, you can't avoid the cafe. If you don't buy, it's effectively been "removed" for you, and your face is shoved into it every. Single. Day.

Ultimate gifts are understandable, they're exclusive to the pass since the beginning. And with tgc venturing into their 5th (iirc) collab of sorts, it's iffy but not surprising those likely won't come back

And I imagine there's a certain amount of licensing which is why there's typically a lot of iap with the collabs

I'm a relatively new player (on my 3rd month!) and with all this nest stuff, I went to buy some itens for my nest, specifically the Brazier(x6) from the treehouse guide and the Pillows(x4) at the furniture shop in aviary-
I got no new items at all. What do I do ;-;

they do appear as wearables, but when going to edit mode on the nest I only see 4 braziers available (the 4 free ones the game gave, not the 6 ones I bought) and 4 pillows (also the free ones the game gave)

That´s because, at least in pillow case, the Featured pillows and your owned pillows are one and the same. Only difference is that your owned pillows can be used in other Shared Spaces where they aren´t Featured props. :)

I reckon same is with the braziers.

Seems like the nest might have its own limits to each prop used on it, but in normal shared spaces I think you should still be able to use the limit it stated when purchased (?)

You could try it creating a shared space spell (even if you don’t publish it, just to confirm)

I just experienced the viewpoint of being a random person showing up in someone's nest I could tell they were in a different shared nest space though, as they were jumping on things not seen from my screen. They were confused and I managed to apologize for scaring them. As I was scared too something must be up with the nest servers
