I am not sure this is the right place to ask, but... Had something been changed with textures recently? The colours look dim and lifeless, and the light is killing my eyes and making my head hurt. Eden was bearable after the last big update, now I can't see much by its end, and it's way too bright in most realms. I am sure that the same objects looked different a while ago, my favourite clothing and capes look weird. Is it something happening to my phone, or have there been changes introduced?

there has been lighting changes recently but not sure if there's any changes after that

not sure if it can help, but if you have the mask accessory from days of feast, that can help tone down the extreme lighting for a while

at least, i've wore that since days of bloom start and it help me navigate better underwater

the brightness was reduced a little while ago, but i'm not sure how that would make it so you'd be seeing the light as brighter than usual... did you usually have night mode or a colour shift on your phone? if so, maybe it got turned off? but if not, using night mode could help dim the brightness and excess blue light

the chill sunbather glasses also have a nice orange tint which helps block some of the blue light too

I tried going from the water to the land but the rainbow still picks me up, after 1 hour of trying I managed to do it by using "home and canceling" multiple time while aiming to fall toward the ticket. I still get picked up when I cancel home, but if you're fast enough to click on the ticket your character takes it while being lifted up

tip for anyone frustrated with the rainbow today: go the far edge of the level that the ticket is on, then use the drag-step control to inch toward the ticket. you won't be lifted off the ground as long as you're quick between steps and keep the hoop control active. When you're close enough for the ticket to show the hand icon, you can grab it, even though you will still lift off the ground

that kind of kills me the actual PC early access launch starts at midday tomorrow instead of at reset like every single other event for sky and that was never actually clarified anywhere.
i mean the only reason any of us are figuring it out is cause steam has a countdown for launch dates thank god.
but all of us are out here calculating when exactly on the 10th the launch actually starts and its a time stamp we dont ever have.

Now one can make the argument that there will be aggressive monetization due to the fact that Sky is a cosmetics game. There are other live service games with aggressive monetization on cosmetics, but usually cosmetics are secondary to gameplay whereas in Sky cosmetics are the gameplay
