Elder memory refers to the Shattering shard memory. Whenever a red shard is complete, we get a memory of Sky's past. One of the 6 memories is the "Elder" memory, which shows the elders surrounding a large red crystal that is cracking or exploding.

Seasonal Hearts are located at the top of the Seasonal Spirits’ friendship trees, excluding the Quest Giver, and can be traded for 3 Seasonal Candles.

If the spirit doesn't appear where it's supposed to be waiting, try looking along the spirit's pathway. Someone else may already have started the memory, so it may be 'in progress' so to speak.

Well, between the glitching and the older items being removed, I think I might be skipping Mischief. Bummed out because it was going to be my first Days of Mischief and I was really excited, but I’m over it. I was already mad about not being able to get the cosmetics I wanted, but I thought I’d try the event anyway, even if I wasn’t excited about it anymore. But it’s been virtually unplayable so far for me.

I do wish I had the Aurora ult outfit, but I was a moth coming in during the second half of the season and unfortunately, the game doesn’t really do a good job of explaining what’s going on when you start lol. I kept ending up in the Coliesum, with no idea what was happening. Didn’t understand the spirits or that there were quests or anything.
