Oh, wait till all the rainbow colors are visible then you'll get a bubble in the middle of the elevator which will give you 4 tickets plus a beam will be activated which will help take you to the area above the clouds.

Has anyone has a strange shard event today? It looked like a black shard except that it was red. There were no falling shards, darkness plants, flying crystals, crabs or even sound. Then another player merged and had the symbol above their head which I clicked on to join them collecting crabs for the second stage. I got ac but there was no white circle to sit at to see the memory. The other player ran into the red shard. A while later, some darkness plants appeared with a couple of other players but nothing else: we burned the plants and they ran into the shard too. It‘s like a weird dream! Variations of these scenes repeated until eventually a real shard event happened and I got to see the memory.
