You can't i think. But if you like the latter half of that quest (lighting the manta, being puked out by a Krill and carrying the cannoneer everywhere), reaching to destination #3 'The corrupted manta', does trigger these things to occur.

So, 15th of November was a No Shard Day, which was supposed to be a Red Shard Day, that is one No Shard Day on a Red Shard Day, and also the 17th of November was also a No Shard Day on a Red Shard Day, so that makes 2 No Shard Days on a Red Shard Day in this week

About Early Shard Skies

About 30 minutes before when Shards FIRST appear on the gate, you may see a change in the Sky in a particular area, this is most likely a sign to let you know that the Shards will land in that particular area in a Realm

The Sky Colour will be different depending on the Shard, mostly Black Shards

Purple Skies = Black Shard in Daylight Prairie

Orange Skies = Black Shard in Valley of Triumph

Pink Skies = Black Shard in Hidden Forest, Golden Wasteland and Vault of Knowledge

Red Skies = Red Shard

If the Sky doesn’t change in colour in that particular area in a Realm 30 Minutes before Shards appear on the gate, then you might need to restart the game to get it to change, as it may not always change at the desired time

If you restarted, and STILL don’t see the Sky colour change in that particular area in a Realm, then it’ll be a ‘No Shard Day’

if someone here thinks that a shard command would be helpful, it would be better to suggest it in #contact-the-mods. since it is now a permanent mechanic, it may be good to have it. but i cant imagine it functioning to tell every single shard timer, since that would involve a person fixing the command every single day.

in case anyone was ever curious about capeless accounts and how capes behave on them:

you can equip any cape in your closet that you own and it will just generally be invisible except when a friend views you in their constellation, they will see the equipped cape.
activating a cape spell either from event spells or STAR pin spells will make the cape visible to everyone on a capeless outside the constellation. their cape will have no stars on it and they still can't fly. it's just pretty.
you can preview any capes you don't own in the closet and they will appear BUT you cannot preview capes you own already, they will automatically turn invisible because it's no longer a preview, you're equipping them

that's surprisingly one of the easier red shards. it's out of the krill path and I only saw one corrupted crab and you can just lure it over the edge and not have to worry about it. and the memory fragments only need you to collect 4 pieces to complete it

a lot of people did have trouble with it dropping them. the working solution so far seems to be just keep flapping without regards to direction because it kinda just auto sweeps you into the path but you have to flap pretty hard to keep the cutscenes from dropping you in the wrong spots

Rocket glitch is still doable but u and ur friend need to click piggy at the same time. Only works for phone tho. As a switch player ur game is gonna crash eventho ur not the one doing the glitch
