Shard lands three times per day
that'll be 6 hours x 3 = 18 hours, then minus 2 hours cuz cooldown doesn't have to be count for third shard since it's going to hit reset by then

24 hours a day - 16 hours = 8 hours
If the shard doesn't land in 8 hours after reset (before <t:1665241200:t>), that day will be a no shard day
