I hate guiding spirits

Not because they're hard, but because they're tedious. Pleaful today, for example. The amount of times I slid out of the ring because I'm slightly faster and there was a 0.000005% tilt on the ground is insane. Couple this with krill dodging and I only gave him 2 shots before skipping (got it on the second try, but when I had to go back again I just groaned)

Just be warned that any incoming events can suddenly cut into your candle count even further. While I don't want to pressure you into doing more CRs when you don't feel like it, 400 didn't feel to be as safe a margin as I would've personally liked

I had like almost 600 before Peeking Postman and DoR. I knew DoR would be super expensive, but Postman right before was like a punch in the gut to my candle count spent a solid 400+ candles in around a week

Though if you are ok with staying at 400 candle, I think thats a perfectly fine amount that should cover most upcoming Events and TSes, and you can always CR for more if you get low

Try asking a friend that can get pass the bugged wind barrier to burn the plants and once it's burnt/shard exploded ask them to place a chat prop on the area you can reach. Sit on the prop and offer a friendship emote, tell them to drag the prop to the wax and you should get pass through but you'll be rolling

At certain time intervals through the day, Eden erupts giant shards into one of the main game areas (changes daily). You’ll see a red crystal near the entrance of the portal for each day. When Eden erupts, you gotta find where she shards are, clear the darkness around them, and claim the rewards. You’ll be able to view “memories” throughout the event by interacting with the Crystal in the home portals before clearing out the fallen shards. Instead of regular spirits giving rewards, there’s special ones found by teleporting from the red Crystal at Home. Hope this helps

there are two types of shards
red shard gives ascended candle + chance to complete season quest (that is available in the season guide tree) while black shard gives normal wax, it comes randomly everyday we don't have a clue of what is it going to be tommorow
but #vault-of-socials does gives weather forecast so we have a small clue of what to expect

You want to go right from the first area of Prarie, in the area with 3 floating islands the mantas will be carrying the light way up high. Eventually it drops and lands on a small island to the left (near the WL).

How do we know that we only get black shards today? Is it random by the day, or by the shards spawn?

there’s one color of shard every day (basically you cant have black for one eruption and red for another) and that color of the shard is random. black shards spawn closer to the “main map” (today’s shard is in the prairie village, which you will 100% pass as youre going to the temple) while red shards will spawn further away (for example a red shard could spawn in sanc islands, a seasonal area)
