A lot of times winning an argument is painted over the truth of wanting to feel understood. And where there's conflicting ideas, people may take that unknowingly as a stab to the attention they attempt to draw towards their point (often looking for people to agree as it feels more comfortable and valid for them), and reflect back with negative responses to further stick with that point as that is what is familiar and right to them. BUT, winning or proving a point isnt always the necessary goal/drive to have. We have our moments! I just recently made a very complicated mess for myself as seen in past chats over something simple! But no matter the mistakes or feelings, what you choices you make after will decide the rest of your day. So, dont be hard on yourself! It helps get the hair out of your face!! Airdrying the bottom layers without touching them works for me in terms of styling, and then I can mess with them later but I have face framing layers (think butterfly cut / wolf cut / shag mix??) so if I leave the bottom alone and only do my curtain bangs then it looks good! It definitely depends on what type of hair you have as well, so lots of trial and error! I have fine, very thick hair so if you have something different, Google is your friend

I had full front bangs for 2 years, and now curtain so I can tell you THATS SO REAL a round brush helps a lot but for me I CANNOT style wet or it's FAR too voluminous in a very bad way that's disproportionate to the rest of my hair I would recommend letting them dry a lot and then attempting to style, and also doing it in little bits so you can watch whats happening

They’re always working on other stuff! It’s just not as visible during this update since they’re trying to add more QOL changes, and project aviary is still ongoing. Plus with the anniversary being decently soon, lore is a little less of the focus since the anniversary tends to not really be lore related, and is basically a fourth wall break. I do hope to see some good lore for the next season, though. I want to follow up all the fun stuff with heavy lore and have it be more story driven

Maybe they'll understand how illogical it is to have players running all the way back to the back of aviary where they have to get their dailies and then have them run all the way back to the front. Like all they're doing for this update seems to be adding more work for us in terms of having to run back and forth

Yes that's what it feels like. You had 2 homes, one was quicker, that's that. Because that front area where they just put the portals is where everybody used to socialize. Like that whole area and then in front of the portals over by where the changing closets used to be. And it feels like that might start happening with aviary especially considering there's some huge changes right now. It feels more like they're focusing on cosmetic stuff and that has always been a focus issue concern in the community so like I don't know it just doesn't sit right in my stomach and I don't feel like it's going to lead to anything good

I dunno, I've always seen the intent behind aviary to make a secondary home that's intended to enhance the game's immersion by adding a hub that's more than a second home. My only gripe used to be how the portals resembled the homespace because I'd much prefer the light awaits style. Now there's an entire cloud space behind eden gate that's completely unused and now they're making it even more compact?

The reason people strongly opposed Aviary was the strong push towards it but now that's also lessened, it turns into a matter of preference - whether you'd simply like a compact space that's faster with taking you to the main game, or would you like a spacious area to immerse yourself in the game world?

The choice was ultimately up to the people who preferred one way or the other and TGC gave a toggle to let people decide, I just don't really understand why they'd change it all of the sudden - not to mention it feels like it's trying to address the complaints of main home users and not the people actually using them

And then like most of the spirits that I do want are traveling spirits so I have to wait an annoying amount of time for them to come back, or it's a freaking seasonal oh that's like a hundred candles. I had the season of duets pass and bro why were those expensive? That was so much candles and then like the moomin one was justas bad. So it's like they can't even keep an even baseline of what they want prices to be for the items that they have in the flippin game! And I think they do that to suddenly raise the prices and then we can just blame it on it never being level in the first place

That's the sad part I do. I've actually spent a lot of money on this game over the years because I don't mind helping support it. We've kind of seen the quality stay the same over the years instead of increase or go towards things that we actually really want, if anything it feels like quality has gone down because we've had more game breaking bugs, more days where we can't play because of something not working, and just generally more issues as the years past. And I understand that's part of game development but like as someone who's paying money for it I feel like I should be experiencing less problems because I know that they have money. And I know money isn't the end all be all fix all but that should at least be able to literally buy the developers time to put their work where it matters
