frankly I find even the social aspects to be lacking, then again, I've played for years and I hold TGC to higher expectations than other players so the disappointment is amplified for me when they don't meet them. that's especially after I've already played games that do cooperation better than sky does, however it's fair if social aspect adds value for you. I don't think it does for me personally, because the content in the game is so lacking, so it's easier for me if I compared sky to another game and found value in the other purchase esp. because I found the other game's loop more fun

The mission is so poorly done that I interacted with the crystal the spirit indicated at the beginning, and immediately afterwards it said "mission completed", but when I returned to the central altar, a crystal icon appeared on the screen, and apparently there were other players doing something I don't know what it was, because the mission is confusing, anyway,another unintuitive aspect of Sky that ruins the seasonal player experience.

I have a genuine question - what was confusing about today's quest? ||I flew around a bit with the others and we lit the glowing crystal fragments until the circle bar on the left filled up. then the crystal was fixed and we went back to the main area. Sure I was a bit disoriented for a moment because it was a totally new space, but I understood what to do within a few mins||

I do agree on the basis of new friend emotes being problematic. I personally felt a bit upset when I noticed 3/4 of the new emotes were friend based, as someone who plays alone a lot (not by choice). The amount of candles it takes to reach the new ones is... Well, starting from the bottom of the friend tree, is like blowing your whole paycheck on one thing, so-to-speak.
I personally have a few friends that are above the first AC unlock, but anything above that is ambitious indeed. I had two friends only in my time playing with the trees fully unlocked, and unfortunately they both have left this plane of existence.
I feel for this portion of your feedback on a deeper level than some may deem necessary, and wanted to share
