If you go to the cave with the trials in Isle, fly through the small opening up top to the little ‘island’ with the bench, you can sit there and recharge. Then, fly against the clouds until they turn from a gray to a bluish white, and move to the center. Continue flying up and you reach the top of the clouds where this little glitched cloud is. I named it Henry. 😂☁️
