It goes to campfire under grandma. We usually can go there without the door. But since sunlight event, they put door there because one of the quest is to help trapped jellyfishes and when the event end, they didn't remove the door. Now the only way is to chibi fall, but once you inside, you can't get out and had to go home.

With 15, yes, in the end of a full 7 days you would have 105 candles
You’ve got thissss, it’s so worth it

At vault 2F, use some method to get into oob (such as chibi fall). You'll immediately see the long tunnel; just follow the tunnel (but don't go in the tunnel) and you'll see it leading to the room.
