If you hang out with him for long enough while you're "on an adventure" with him, I think you'll get some kind of message where they tell you that he enjoyed his time with you but wants to go back. That's kinda how you can make him leave. You need to interact with him while he's standing next to you after you get the message and tap on the heart icon. It confused me when I did the Seasonal Spirit quests, too, to be honest. I'm not really liking this new way of unlocking Seasonal Cosmetics. 😭

now that the season is live, I can share this here lol. I did an edit to make:

1. The ribbons on the headpiece turn to earrings (I can dream lol)

and another scenario

2. Make the antlers detachable from the mask part (since a lot of people I saw talking about just wanting the antlers).

I have been told due to the first quest that 2 is unlikely, but made the edit anyways since some people asked me.

I still super wish the ribbons could come down to be earrings since I have been looking for an enchantment substitute with gold accents (the passage earrings dont have it and fortune earrings are too short to be seen with long hairs.)

But now it is probably too late to ask for the headpiece to come in pieces so people could mix and match. Just wanted to share anyways.

It's neat that the bluebird headphones can hide the gold on the ribbon headphones for the new season item.

I just had the most stressful journey trying to help this moth through the wasteland

They had the worst sense of direction possible, and wouldn't let me guide them for very long before they'd break off in some random direction. I friended them so I was able to go along for the ride holding their hand and helping them not run out of light, but I had to quickly swoop in to save them from being krilled like 4 times

I ended up sacrificing myself taking the krilling for them twice, and now I'm going to have to go collect my WL again, but we finally made it!!

When an elder mask was broken and you put it on in the closet. Most of the other face accessories stayed blacked out like that. It only lasted while you were changing 😭
