Out of any season in the entire history of the game; Shattering is the one I very most regret not being a player for yet. I feel like it's one of the most important Seasons as far as the history and lore, and it feels like no season has more content missing from playing it later. Maybe AURORA, but you can still see the Concert, and even the Season of Revival still has basically everything from the season; for new Moths to experience in the Permanent Quests at Aviary Village.

Screenshots like this remind me how important it was to get into Sky as soon as possible, but I really hope TGC finds some way to relive the experience. If nothing else, maybe there's some YouTube video playlist or something that someone put together during those weeks, but there's no way anyone could've known what a big deal it would become.

Ah I feel sad, I could have sworn I had screenshots from when Shattering was active, but I can't find any :( it was really such a sight to behold though, I wasn't there for Assembly, but it definitely—at least for a short time—brought more players together than they usually were

really like the game but sometimes activities are just practically impossible to get done...
in the 8-player-puzzle area, most people just grab the candles in the middle and leave right away,
which leaves maybe 2 or 3 people at the other activity on the hill with the candle ring, where ||7 people have to do the butterfly on hand emote||

Responses in my experience take 1-2 business days. If it is a complicated issue. It's also probably not good to be actively aggressive since it doesn't really do anything.

Also from what I see you got the candles and a refund? So you're upset because you can't figure out how to give them money for the candles? Isn't that okay? I am sure they can just ask you what you want to do or charge you the money eventually and fix it. Or maybe even it could have been intentional since you seemed upset, so they gave you both a refund and the candles free of charge. Regardless they won't get upset at you for something they did and like ban you or anything.

I feel however they'll most likely say that the candles have been sent and they will process the charge accordingly (if it wasn't intentional compensation). It could have been a case of two people processing your request and giving you different solutions. They'll realize it since you notified them and you can talk it out with them. You won't get in trouble though (if you remain patient and maybe try to be a little more polite).

1. (I'm on the left) T'was my first like proper fit I settled on and when I felt like I finally outgrew my (buff) moth stage lol
2. Second ever fit I settled on, I REALLY love the botanist hair + summer hat combo (switched to jellyfish pants once I got them tho)

• As you can tell from the next pics its a look I've kept for YEARS, I'll change it ups sometimes at the tail end of seasons/days of events but usually returned to this combo if not w/ a minor wardrobe change)

4. Longest standing variation of no. 2 (only changes being the addition of the melancholy horns + the mindful miner pants)

I genuinely just think you're making too big a deal about this. You are yelling and getting upset at staff because you got refunded the money you spent and the candles. It just doesn't make sense to me why you would react this way (in anger). They didn't say you're in trouble or anything, you just got impatient and upset at a staff member because you were confused and didn't know why and weren't getting answers quick enough. You can't possibly know what is going on until they reply and getting angry at them will do nothing but make the staff member feel unfairly treated and make you come off as rude.

There is nothing you can do about the fact that most replies for any company take 1-2 business days due to the sheer volume of tickets the staff has to deal with. No one is more special than the other with regard to circumstances and they will get back to you when they can. This is fair. They have other people that are waiting too so helping people and it taking time is a fair assumption to make. Bear that in mind next time and be patient. Getting angry at them will do nothing.

nesting shop did back during the workshop show & tell event in june. the bubble housed a heart that would be awarded only once when a player made a shared memory inside a shared space inside the workshop

that bubble asset was also used again during the sky anniversary event to contain event currency. there were 6 bubbles total in the last hallway of the cinema before you reached the screening area proper
