While nothing can beat Skyfest 2024 (unless a real life convention correlated to it again) and this Anniversary was…not as fulfilling (yes I’ve left feedback), Sky’s Anniversary remains my favorite event of the year. Geyser was the closest to that feeling of community we had last year, and I will miss Patch Chan so much. I hope we learn more about what our wireframe capes really do, since the 6th Anniversary Aviary was a surprise to me before the event went up for everyone, also more info on the state of the Cinema and the 2E schedule. A year ago this event ended when I was across the country visiting family, stayed up until the fireworks and made a friend. I don’t think I’ll be up as late this year, but it’s an event I wish could stay longer always. Sky is best when it celebrates itself.
