I am going to post a very long text wall. But I just feel it needs to be said.

This is truly what it is all about.

I had gotten off for the night, but just got on again at 2 AM to go and light some people I forgot to light.

When I finished, a friend was standing there with their hand outstretched.

They took me to starlight and started gathering wings. Then they did the wait emote and got their 12th. They wanted me to be there for it. We celebrated with until they stretched their hand out and flew over to a little bench. This conversation ensued... And I took screenshots to remind myself and cherish this for as long as I can. He told me I was the first person he friended in the game. The funny part is this all took place in the area for the season I began in. I was someone who joined back in 2021, where this was my first story and experience in sky, and here I was sat listening to a moth I helped tell me that I was theirs.

Sometimes, this game gets hard. I get caught up in the community decisions, what everyone feels TGC does wrong or right, friend drama or falling out, but... This just reminded me this is it. This is truly it. What the game is really about.

For such a terrible month I've had, I am so unbelievably grateful Kris decided to share this with me. To confirm I was a sky parent and that I DID something that moved him. I was moved by him too. Wordlessly we would just visit and give company. And really.. now it just feels like the full value of that has come around to make me touched and overwhelmed with good emotions. I am sorry for rambling. I just really am so happy. I am so happy to be reminded again why I have stayed all these years.

Truly this just made my night. Probably more than that.

i somehow remember clearly the thought i had when im a moth, "this is such fun game, id definitely make good memories here, what could go wrong with such game".

its true, i did make sm good memories and i got emotionally attached to this game. But at one point, i didnt expect that id face such dark experience with players that i used to call "sky family".

terrible thing happen to us and i didnt talk to players for 1 year, i was on solo for sake of my mental health. Honestly, i didnt expect that id face such situation. Make me self aware how even in friendly game, we cant ignore for fact behind a kid avatar is a living people with irl problem.

its like my bubble burst and i see everything too clearly. its not due to friendship breakup, its not about argument between friends, its about smth that make me grip my phone and bear the flooding feeling helplessness.

Sky was just a peaceful little game… until I met someone who made it feel more alive.

We met at the edge of the storm (literally). I placed a table on the cliff in Wasteland, and he dared to sit on it, knowing one wrong move and I would make us fall. We cracked some jokes, lighted each other (our sky-kids even looked the same) , and added one another.

That small moment, with a translator, led to 3 years of beautiful memories!
Everyday meeting around midnight, exploring different seasons while talking about life. When difficult times came, we tried to support each other and smile. He enjoyed reading books while I enjoyed drawing (tattoos.) Yet, we both were on the same journey in Medicine. I wish I have done more to show him how much I cherish him.

It’s been 4 months since I last heard from him. I don’t know what happened or if he is badly suffering. In fact, I tear up when I think of him but truly hope he is okay and safe.

And even if you never return Dima… I’m so grateful you existed in my Sky.

In my beginning time eden was very stressful for me too,but i learned the ways how the krill’s fly and the best times to run and hide.
If u u want I can teach u.
I use no tricks in Eden and I can take u to point of no return without any winged lights lose.
