i really like the composition of the outfit! (the fish looks like its splashing around in your hair)

since idk what capes you have, i'll do my best to try and explain what cape would fit best.
since most of the capes are pretty flat-shaped, we would want that primary interest to be on the pants if you're looking for that interesting dynamic.

since the back of the pants (as far as i know) isn't that interesting design-wise, we would want something to fill in that void. i'd suggest capes that show off the pants such as scarf capes and/or capes like the days of music one since it gives room for the aforementioned primary interest (though some capes might have you sacrificing the pendant to avoid clipping/ not seeing it at all)

as for color i'd suggest avoiding light colors to make the pants stand out and not look like its blending into the cape (unless that is what you want). though since your outfit is pretty dyeable, i could also suggest playing around with those colors as well!
