Go into settings - support- chat box in the top right corner.

Answer the default questions with "my issue is something else"

Then ask them something like "Hi, I would like to know how many hours I have played for".

They usually take about a week to respond, and they'll also tell you your anniversary date.

For some people the anniversary date might be off because of a timezone difference.

Mine is September 9th and they tell me September 8th because of the time difference .
