There is an interesting story behind this photo.

I met someone "W" in the game (the girl looking moff, just moff bug but three months old). We met a moff (O) who offered W friendship, but couldn't unlock the chat, and couldn't understand how their chat table worked. So O used emotes, and W said they were stupid.
I understood O was only trying to communicate, so I brought my chat table and managed to talk to them. Turns out O wanted a friend, so I added them. And W?
Tomorrow they will unlock chat with O
