Yes but they aren't permanent so try to get more chance with permanent spells, usually if i want to wear cute dress i try to get Short, (i cast super tall spell then cast potion twice in row ,it gets me shortest easily,as for tall i wear my chibi mask and cast two potions can get me pretty tall )
