Alright I drafted up some bullet points from the convos I've had here that I'm going to forward to mouse, I'd like y'all to look over them and maybe someone from council to give their input on (keep in mind this is written as a message thats going to go to mouse):

  • The neuro community is just a far more dedicated community to the canvas than your community when you're not actively pointing people to make a thing. Neurocord has a peak output of 45k pixels per hour, and those have to go somewhere on the canvas.
  • It's for that reason that a left/right split isn't exactly the best option in their eyes, because the amount of the space on the canvas from each community is proportional to the output of people placing pixels for their cause(s). To have half of the canvas is to have your community have the pixel placing output to maintain half of the canvas.
  • They've actually been consistently covering their own artwork periodically because they want to leave space while still having somewhere for their pixel placing output to go, meaning the canvas actually already is just always consistently changing, and doesn't necessarily even need war to keep things dynamic.
  • They're actually hoping your community can re-use the space you already have by cleaning up the artwork to fit the palette better and making the space you have as good as possible, in the same way that we actually gave you a cleaned version of the artwork with you and connor.

i would like to apologize to the Swarm, Swarm council, and the artists who worked on the vshojo yukata art that I asked to cancel on them last minute, I did not mean to disrespect your work, your time and your effort that you put into this piece. and i completely understand if you do not forgive me of my actions and dont want to work with me anymore.

at the time that the Vshojo yukata art was being requsted, there was was some infighting in the Swarm and they drew over the unfittled version of the yukata art, and we wanted to fight back, but then Mouse wanted to start 3 new Projects and the mods at Precious Family wanted to move on and prioritize the projects Mouse wanted to make over the yukata art. With how the PFam discord runs I cant really go against the orders of the mod team and Mouse herself, I 100% should have informed the swarm council sooner before you guys spent days on amazing art just to be told that it was being cancelled by me. Please can we up the prices, at least 50 or 40 stars
arguments for :

  • The server grew a lot and channels are way more frequented
  • Messages in #starboard are actually relevent and interesting.
  • The channel becomes a second livestream chat during livestreams. It just gets filled up by messages that doesn't mean anything without context
  • Getting starred will feel more rewarding and not just a "i am funny" award or "i am vedal" award

@frail sun It's basically turtle-shaped milk bread + pineapple bun topping. My milk bread is unfortunately not as nice as whatever Bread Top uses though.

Tangzhong:
Tangzhong is mixing these two ingredients, microwaving at 30s intervals + mix until it becomes sticky and not liquid.

  • 25g flour
  • 120g milk

Rest of the dough:

  • 120g milk
  • 1 egg
  • 30g butter
  • 5g salt
  • 6g yeast (1 tsp)
  • 30g sugar (Or whatever amount you want)
  • 290g flour
  • 4g Matcha powder (or until it becomes Vedal colour)
  • 18 squares of chocolate
  • Some more chocolate to melt for face

Turtle shell:

  • 60g butter
  • 60g sugar
  • 100g flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 4g Matcha powder (or until it becomes Vedal colour)

Steps:
1. Mix all the dough ingredients. I normally cool the tangzhong with milk and add yeast last, so it doesn't get killed.
2. Let it poof, around 2 hours to double in size.
3. Divide into 6 equal doughs for 6 turtles.

**4.** Poof for around 2 hours to double in size. 
**5.** Mix all the turtle shell ingredients into a smooth ball. 
**6.** When the dough is ready, divide the turtle shell stuff into six balls, flatten them into a circle, use knife to make pattern, and put them on turtles. 
**7.** Oven, preheat + 11mins at 170°C (temperature might vary between ovens, and I don't use fan). 
**8.** Melt some chocolate and face paint.
