To clarify my opinion on such an obnoxious anime; The anime focuses on a plot where a few childhood friends go to school together, in which they all share different interests.

You would expect to see a perspective on at least a few of the characters on such a heartfelt/rom/com anime, right?

See, the ironic part is that the anime only focuses on two characters and two characters only. Typical Fuji TV plot, so it’s not a big deal, moving on.

One character’s interest involves his experience with playing piano, who happens to suffer from post traumatic stress disorder due to his abusive mother.

Amazing plot, right? Sure. It’s a nice anime. My problem with the anime is; it gets repetitive.

When you listen to music, you don’t put the same song on repeat for 4 hours straight, do you?

My problem with this anime as a musician is that it is very repetitive at a constant rate, to a point where I can’t watch an episode without skipping at least 5 minutes of every episode.

I could go on forever, you know?

It might be a great anime for someone who doesn’t major in music and have no clue on how dedicated one must be play an instrument and all

But really, as someone who majored in music for 9 years in life, couldn’t they at least show more…. Drama? More classical music, preferably by Stravinsky? More Beethoven?
